Pet Policy

Pets 50 pounds and under when fully grown are welcome. We allow up to two pets per apartment. There is a $250 pet fee per pet (non-refundable) and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

Breed Restrictions

The following breeds are not permitted at any North Terrace property:

  • Pit Bull Terriers (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, or any dog displaying a majority of physical traits of these breeds)
  • Doberman Pinschers
  • Rottweilers
  • Staffordshire Terriers
  • German Shepherds
  • Chows
  • Bull Mastiffs
  • Huskies
  • Alaskan Malamutes
  • Wolf–Dog Hybrids
  • Great Danes
  • St. Bernards
  • Akitas
  • Rhodesian Ridgebacks
  • Presa Canarios
  • Caucasian Ovcharkas
  • Farm and ranch animals
  • Any attack, non-domesticated, or guard dog
  • Any non-domestic or exotic animal
  • Any mixed breed dog that includes a bloodline of any of the above breeds
  • Any animal with a past history of bites or attacks, whether on humans or not

Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

Residents with an Emotional Support Animal are required to complete an ESA application and receive written approval before bringing their animal to the property. ESA applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines.
